How The Program Works
The Dogology school bus meets you and your pup in the IKEA parking lot in the morning, then we take them for a day of learning and fun! At the end of the day, we meet you for drop off at Pet Supplies Plus so you can give your pup a well-deserved treat!
Every Friday, we honor our commitment to developing your relationship with your dog. You’ll receive a private lesson to celebrate your dog’s progress, and to learn how to reinforce their new-found skills in your own home.
Structured Daily Training
Each day at Dogology University's Day School is packed with structured training sessions tailored to meet your dog's specific needs.
Our expert trainers use focus-based methods to ensure your dog learns to look to you first, creating a strong foundation for obedience and behavior.
Convenient & Flexible
We understand the demands of daily life, which is why our Day School Program is designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. We pick up your dog each morning and bring them back home in the evening, allowing you to focus on your day while we take care of your dog's training and enrichment
Weekly Private Lessons
As part of our commitment to your dog’s development, parents receive a weekly private lesson every Friday. During this session, our trainers will celebrate your dog's progress with you and teach you how to reinforce newfound skills at home. This ensures continuity in training and helps you stay actively involved in your dog's development.
Tailored For Busy Families
Our program is perfect for busy families who want their dogs to excel in manners and valuable skills without the need for overnight stays. Your dog will benefit from the intensive training of a boarding school experience, while still enjoying the comfort of home each night.
Consistent Updates
Stay connected with your dog's progress through regular video and written updates. These updates are uploaded to a private portal, allowing you to track their journey and growth throughout their time at Day School.

Schooling Options
Public School
This two-week program is designed to give your dog a basic foundation in obedience and manners where they focus on you first, regardless of distractions. What this means is that you and your dog will be happier!
Your dog will learn commands such as “watch me,” sit, down, and come when called. They will also learn how to recognize their own name, basic manners, and will be introduced to heeling with a lure.
Please note that this program is limited to puppies sixteen weeks and under
Charter School
This four-week program provides the older dog with a basic foundation in obedience and manners. Your dog will learn hand signals for come, heel, sit, stay, and down, and an auto sit while heeling. They will also learn manners such as drop it, leave it, and how to politely greet people.
Private School
This six-week program is reserved for more advanced off-leash behaviors, including sit, down, place, come, and heel.
We strongly recommend this program for dogs with behavioral issues such as separation anxiety, dog reactivity, etc.
Ongoing Support
Free Group Classes
Our commitment to you and your dog doesn’t stop once you’ve completed the initial training.
After you’ve graduated from the program, you have the option to attend free group classes to ensure that the behaviors stick, and to address any new challenges that may arise.
These alumni group classes provide a supportive and engaging environment where you can continue to refine your dog’s skills, learn new techniques, and connect with other dog owners who have gone through similar experiences. It’s an opportunity to reinforce the training foundation and take your dog’s behavior to the next level.
